About darragh
Darragh is a Partner at O’Regan Little Solicitors LLP with a broad commercial practice spanning litigation, banking and receivership matters, commercial contracts, landlord and tenant disputes, property transactions, and reputation, governance and regulatory matters.
He advises businesses, supranational organisations, financial institutions, receivers, landlords, property owners, senior executives, office-holders and private clients on contentious and non-contentious matters, with a particular focus on identifying practical solutions to complex legal, commercial and reputational problems.
Before joining O’Regan Little, Darragh developed substantial experience in complex commercial litigation at leading domestic and global commercial law firms, where his work included advising lending institutions in the Republic of Ireland as well as private equity / investment funds on contentious matters, receivership litigation, secured enforcement, commercial property and landlord and tenant disputes.
His practice also includes protected disclosures, contentious data protection matters, defamation, governance disputes, regulatory complaints, senior executive and office-holder disputes, commercial agreements and property transactions. This breadth enables him to advise clients where litigation, employment, governance, regulatory and reputational issues overlap.
